江森自控和日立宣布成立全球空调合资公司
江森自控携手新合资公司 创建全球最大的商用空调供应商
2013年12月3日，江森自控有限公司、株式会社日立制作所和日立空调•家用电器株式会社宣布签署一份非约束性谅解备忘录，江森自控将获得日立空调•家用电器株式会社全球空调业务60%的所有权股权，但不包括在日本的销售和服务部门以及一些其它资产。介于最终尽责调查、董事会批准、最终协议的条款，仍需要其他监管部门批准，并达到其它惯例成交条件，各方预期合资公司将于2014年投入运营。
江森自控和日立均为全球行业领导者，双方将重点在包括多联式空调设备及系统（VRF）和变频技术等关键领域展开合作，以支持商用和家用市场的不断增长。合资公司还将最大化发挥江森自控的全球覆盖优势和日立的技术优势。
江森自控总裁兼首席执行官阿历克斯•莫里纳罗利(Alex Molinaroli)表示：“日立在技术上的领先源于其持续不断地对研发进行投资，为全球暖通空调行业做出了重要贡献，这些优秀的关键技术能够丰富我们的产品组合。结合江森自控现有的年销售额超过150亿美元的楼宇技术和服务业务，本次投资，江森自控将携手新成立的合资公司，共同创建全球最大的商用空调供应商。”
