Training

Talented researchers are one of the essential resources of our HCR&D. Hitachi thinks highly of the cultivation of the talents. We periodically send researchers to Japan for further training or hold various on-the-job trainings and technical programs and seminars to improve the comprehensive quality of our staff. We also provide regular Japanese and Chinese language training for our technicians so as to improve their communication and research efficiency. In order to broaden the horizon of the researchers, we invite famous experts from universities and institutes to give professional speeches and provide training classes for our staff.
