The 14th ITS World Congress was held in Beijing from October 9 to 13, 2007. The ITS World Congress is the largest and most important international conference in ITS field. With the theme "ITS for a better life", the congress introduced the latest policies and viewpoints, showed advanced equipments, technical achievements and successful cases, and presented the development trend of intelligent transportation in the future.
As an exhibitor, HCR&D showed the latest evaluation results of a navigation system in Beijing, which attracted many attendees. In the interactive session, researchers from HCR&D gave presentations on "Statistical and Realtime Traffic Information Aggregated Navigation System Experiment in Beijing" and "Research on PC Navigation System in Beijing".
