个人履历
1994年在日本东京理科大学完成电气工程专业硕士毕业,同年进入日立制作所日立研究所。2012年出任研究开发集团控制创新中心电力电子系统研究部部长,2018年起任该中心主管研究长兼电动系统实验室室长。
任职控制创新中心期间,致力于工业设备、轧制系统和铁路电源模块、汽车逆变器、不间断电源(UPS)和电梯系统的研究,并成功开发了高可靠低损耗功率器件、运用电涡流的高速大电流驱动电路、以及CPU内置系统功率器件的相关技术。此后,从事脱碳方面的车辆电气化技术研发,并于2004年研制出领先世界的直接水冷式电源模块及使用该模块的逆变器,使功率器件的冷却性能得到大幅提升。该项技术已被美国通用汽车公司、戴姆勒公司等采用,为混合动力汽车(HEV)在全球范围的普及做出了贡献。
中津博士还从事电动汽车(EV)用高输出功率密度逆变器的开发工作。新开发了高导热薄膜绝缘材料、摩擦搅拌焊接和有机无机材料接合技术,并研制出全球首个直接水冷式双面冷却电源模块,其输出功率密度达到94.3 kVA/L,是传统技术的2.7倍。该项技术已于2019年被欧洲奥迪公司等采用,为脱碳技术的发展持续贡献力量。
2014年于日本茨城大学完成物质科学专业理工学博士课程,撰写论文超过14篇,申请专利90余项。电气和电子工程师协会(IEEE)、日本电气工程师学会(IEEJ)、日本汽车工程师学会(JSAE)、日本电子信息通信学会(IEICE)会员。
